Our mission is to make climbing accessible to all through climbing education.

Andreas Unterschuetz

Andreas started his career in the aerospace industry, designing interiors for commercial airlines. After leaving the design world for a stint in outdoor retail, Andreas followed Alison on what ended up being an 8 year roadtrip while they grew WeighMyRack and climbed across the country and around the world.

Alison Dennis

Alison has been the brains, and brawn behind WeighMyRack since she started it as a side-hustle in 2011. With degrees in both Computer and Systems Engineering and Psychology, Alison has brought her empathetic desire to bring climbing gear education to the masses through WeighMyRack and her leadership roles on mountain rescue teams.

Jeff Jaramillo

Jeff has been the resident Trad-Dad and Head of Education at WeighMyRack ever since a "chance" meeting at the International Climbing Festival in Lander, WY. And the rest, as they say, is in a blog post on WeighMyRack.
